The five thematic synthesis reports are now also available in French
The French version of the five thematic synthesis reports of NRP 68 are now available online; printed copies will be available during the month of October.
The five thematic synthesis reports (TS) of NRP 68 are the result of a close dialogue between researchers and practitioners. They address an expert audience and offer answers to a number of current debates on soil in various contexts.
"TS1 Soil and food production" shows how soil-protecting management could become even more important in agricultural policy making.
"TS2 Soil and environment" shines the light on soil compaction and the loss of soil organic matter, but also on the significance of soil as a sink and source of greenhouse gases.
"TS3 A soil agenda for spatial planning" makes proposals on how to integrate soil quality into decision-making processes of spatial planning.
"TS4 Swiss Soil Information Platform" proposes a strategy for closing a large gap in soil information in the next two decades.
"TS5 Ways to a sustainable soil policy" identifies areas of action in different political spheres which could lead to a sustainable approach to soil as a resource.
